Fees

Adult Appointments - 

  • Initial appointment (90 minutes)  – $350  Includes comprehensive health history, a recommendation of any additional testing, individualized treatment plan including lifestyle, diet, herbs/nutrients/homeopathy as indicated, and patient education.    
  • Return Visit  (45 minutes) – $175  


Pediatric Appointments - 

  • Initial appointment (75 minutes)  – $275  Includes comprehensive health history, a recommendation of any additional testing, individualized treatment plan including lifestyle, diet, herbs/nutrients/homeopathy as indicated, and patient education.    
  • Return Visit  (45 minutes) – $145 



Payment

Payments for TeleHealth (Zoom) or in-person office visits are due at the time of service. Dr. King does not accept insurance. However, she does accept HSA/FSA cards as well as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  For your convenience, a “superbill” can be provided with the appropriate ICD-10 and CPT Codes for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Please see our full financial policies or call (720) 899-6237 if you have questions. 

Supplements

Supplements prescribed by Dr. King are delivered to you via a quality third-party medicinary called FullScript. FullScript maintains a comprehensive inventory, ships promptly, and properly stores its products to maintain potency and efficacy. Supplements ordered from FullScript are also competitively priced and reflect a 10% discount off retail pricing. 

Laboratory Testing

In the course of your care, blood, saliva, stool, nutritional and/or SIBO testing may be recommended. Some laboratory testing may be billable through your insurance but if not, it is an additional cost.  Dr. King is happy to discuss testing fees and insurance billing options.

Cancellations

Dr. King requires a 24 hours cancellation notice.  If you miss your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, your account will be charged $50.
